Don’t simply describe the good of life, demonstrate it. Keep him busy and in a position so that you can keep an eye on him and prove that he has a support system. Take him on group excursions to the moving pictures and - “hang” with him. When an angel in our garrison was having trouble, the garrison stuck together. That was the point of grouping together the angels - so we would keep each other in check so we don’t forget to serve the lord. In your circumstance, “Serve the lord” would make more sense if replaced with “have fun”. There was always a senior authority to report to if things got out of hand in our garrison, so i would advice you to do the same and perhaps “help” him (if the fun method fails) by helping him seek help from others outside the garrison.
